how could you not include web developer toolbar... with that you can get rid of at least 4 items in the above list.
Although PixelPerfect is an excellent tool, I use a CSS based technique for placing design comps in the background as an underlay rather than an overlay.
One of the most interesting abilities of Web Developer Toolbar when you work with dinamic javascript, like with AJAX or JSON, is that this toolbar CAN SHOW YOU THE RENDERED SOURCE CODE OF THE WEBPAGE, not only the original source code (the typical view source code of the browsers options). Very very useful !!!
